Stampin’ Up Silhouette DSP Flowers

Hello Stampers ~ I did some fussy cutting of the bold flowers for my Stampin’ Up Silhouette DSP Flowers creation.

I had a great play date yesterday.  It was good to see my ladies and spend time crafting with them.  I got a lot of stuff done.  I also worked here at Jess’s I went through one of my bins of cards and got them sorted.  I have a lot in plastic envelopes ready for the craft show, some that need pieces inside, and some that I am not sure what the pieces go to.  I will work on some more of them tomorrow.  Today I am headed to the yarn store to see my friends there.  I have not seen them for a while as when I came up in the past it did not work out.  It will be good to see them.

I decided to play some with the See a Silhouette designer series paper.  I love the big, bold flowers on this paper.  The colors are fabulous.  I found 3 of the flowers that I could fussy cut out and then use the flowers for my card.  I also used one of the other patterns to cut out some leaves to use.  I took a panel of Whisper White and using the Subtle embossing folder I embossed it.  I attached this to a piece of Blackberry Bliss which was my card base using Tear & Tape.  After I fussy cut the flowers out, I arranged them on my card front to get just the right layout.  Glue dots and dimensionals were used to attach the flowers.  The leaves were tucked under the flowers using glue dots.  Here is the completed Stampin’ Up Silhouette DSP Flowers card idea.

Make sure you check out this idea which uses another pattern from the See a Silhouette DSP.  This card uses the same DSP as today’s card but it is paired with the washi tape flower.  And you can even pair this paper with other stamp sets.  Here is an idea that uses the Floral Essence stamp set with the See a Silhouette DSP.
